Sebuah kisah tentang keluarga yakuza dari tahun 1999 hingga 2019. Ayah Kenji Yamamoto meninggal karena menggunakan obat stimulan. Setelah itu hidup Kenji pun dalam keputusasaan. Kenji kemudian bergabung dengan sindikat kejahatan.
Di sana, dia bertemu bos geng Hiroshi Shibasaki. Hiroshi Shibasaki menjangkau Kenji Yamamoto dan mereka mengembangkan hubungan seperti ayah dan anak. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Kenji Yamamoto kembali memiliki keluarga sendiri.
