Sinopsis :
Beberapa menit setelah Laurie Strode, putrinya Karen dan cucu Allyson meninggalkan monster bertopeng Michael Myers dikurung dan dibakar di ruang bawah tanah Laurie, Laurie dilarikan ke rumah sakit dengan luka yang mengancam jiwa, percaya bahwa dia akhirnya membunuh penyiksa seumur hidupnya.

Tapi ketika Michael berhasil membebaskan dirinya dari jebakan Laurie, ritual pertumpahan darahnya kembali berlanjut. Saat Laurie melawan rasa sakitnya dan bersiap untuk membela diri melawannya, dia menginspirasi semua Haddonfield untuk bangkit melawan monster mereka yang tak terhentikan.
